What Runwita is for
You sit through five conversations a day. Every one of them moves something forward, a customer relationship, a project, an internal initiative, and every one of them ends with a fragment of context, a few decisions, a couple of follow-ups. Two weeks later, when the same person says “so where did we land on…”, the answer is somewhere in your notes app, your inbox, your task list, and the back of your head. Runwita pulls those fragments into a single thread. Each thread is a journey. Every conversation that touches the journey becomes an engagement on it. The recurring themes that span engagements become topics. Over time, the journey becomes the truth of where things actually are, written by the meetings themselves. It runs on your laptop. Your transcripts and notes never leave your machine unless you choose a cloud AI provider, in which case only the text of the meeting being processed is sent. Nothing is pooled, nothing is trained on.Who it’s for
- Customer-facing roles where the same accounts surface again and again across many meetings.
- Product, engineering, and design leaders running multiple parallel initiatives with overlapping stakeholders.
- Anyone who finishes a quarter and realises they couldn’t name a single decision they’d actually shipped, because the path to each one was lost in transcription.
